马克龙用英语谴责特朗普退出《巴黎协定》
法国总统马克龙6月1日晚间全程用英语发言表达法国对美国总统特朗普决定退出巴黎气候协定的态度。马克龙在英文演讲中表示，法国将继续战斗，而且表示“we all share the same responsibility：Make our planet great again”。

Now, let me say a few words to our American friends.Climate change is one of the major issues of our time.It is already changing our daily lives but it is global.Everyone is impacted.And if we do nothing, our children will know a world of migrations, of wars, of shortage.A dangerous world.

The Paris Agreement (French: Accord de Paris), or Paris climate accord and Paris climate agreement, is an agreement within the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) dealing with greenhouse gas emissions mitigation, adaptation and finance starting in the year 2020.
In the Paris Agreement, each country determines its own contribution it should make in order to mitigate global warming. There is no mechanism to force a country to set a specific target by a specific date.
